Tim Gilson is one of the most accomplished brokers in Southeast Michigan. He leads the Gilson Home Group and works to improve the Group continuously. He is often quoted by his peers and in the media as an expert in the field. Tim has been servicing clients' real estate needs since 2000 and he holds important certifications including the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR), the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations. Tim studied engineering and has a Master’s Degree in International Business. He has worked in many countries and thrives on anything multi-cultural. He sits on the Board of Directors of Global Detroit, a non-profit focusing on the economic development of Southeast Michigan through the efforts of the immigrant community.

Rick is an Associate Broker and has been licensed in Michigan real estate since 1989. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit where he studied chemistry and geology, and is a strong advocate for the City and its neighboring communities. Rick has also been a licensed builder for many years and he uses that experience and knowledge to help clients understand detailed information about their homes. He and his wife have raised three very successful young men. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying his time keeping bees, hunting, maple syrup making, and doing home renovation. Rick is the ideal agent for first time home buyers and experienced buyers alike.

Peter has been in the real estate industry since 2011. He began working as a leasing agent and received his sales license in 2014. He has experience working in different markets, including Chicago and Silicon Valley. Peter was born and raised in southeast Michigan and has a great passion for the area. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business from Lake Forest College in Illinois. He also has a passion for hockey as he played in college, and still enjoys coaching a local youth team. Before 2011 Peter worked in the customer service industry. This experience has given him the tools to best help the clients he serves.
